Red Wagon Award
Once a year, our chapter presents this special award called “The Red Wagon Award”.
The Board of Directors selects someone from our community who goes above and beyond in assisting our local needy children to improve their lives and give them hope for the future.
A lovely stained-glass wall hanging featuring a Red Wagon – the symbol of the Christ Child Society’s mission of “giving” – is presented to the honoree at our membership Fall Luncheon. Also, a brass plate with the recipient’s name is added to the Red Wagon Award plaque displayed at the Christ Child House.
Hopefully, the honoree can be surprised by this special award presentation with the attendance of their spouse, partner, family and/or close friends.
